VISUAL THINKING | Perception, Movement & the Organization of Experience

$95.00

Drawing from Rudolf Arnheim’s Visual Thinking and the Feldenkrais Method, this experiential workshop explores the relationship between perception, thought, and movement.

Through Awareness Through Movement, we’ll investigate how sensing and moving are already forms of thinking—how we continually interpret, compare, differentiate, organize, and make meaning through our sensory experience.

Rather than treating thinking as something that happens separately from the body, Visual Thinking explores how changes in perception and movement can change the way we understand ourselves, organize experience, and relate to the world around us.
